End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Rimu Systems LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices owned or controlled by you, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

This license applies equally to all users regardless of personal or commercial use; there is no distinction between personal and commercial licenses. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Rimu Systems LLC.

Potential customers may download and install the Software prior to entering a purchased license key. Installation alone does not grant a license to use the Software beyond any trial or limited functionality period. Activation with a valid purchased license key is required to unlock full operation of the Software.

By entering a valid license key, you activate the Software and agree to comply with all terms of this Agreement.

Rimu Systems LLC does not differentiate between personal and commercial licenses because the same license terms govern all uses of the Software.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where permitted by law.
• Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or sell the Software or license keys.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent licensing, activation, or security mechanisms.
• Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Rimu Systems LLC retains all ownership rights, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the Software, documentation, and associated materials.

4. Updates and Upgrades

Rimu Systems LLC may provide updates, bug fixes, or enhancements. These are governed by this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license.

We are not obligated to provide ongoing updates or support unless explicitly stated in your purchase terms.

5. Data Collection

The Software may collect limited technical information necessary for:

• License validation
• Update checks
• Diagnostic or performance data (if enabled)

No personal data unrelated to the operation of the Software is collected.

6. Support

Support is provided on a best-effort basis through the channels listed on our website. Response times are not guaranteed unless specified in a separate support agreement.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you:

• Breach any term of this Agreement
• Attempt to tamper with licensing or activation systems

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Rimu Systems LLC does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rimu Systems LLC is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business
• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Software.

10. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations. You may not use or export the Software in violation of U.S. law.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
