Enhancements

  • RimuSDR : Added trial mode for downloads. Trial mode restricts RimuSDR users to 80M and no TX, allowing a trial before purchasing a license.
  • RimuSDR : Added FreeDV support. Running FreeDV Flexradio AppImage will automatically add slice modes FDVU and FDVL to RimuSDR.
  • RimuSDR : Implemented Quick Audio recording/playback.
  • RimuSDR : Improved Sub-Band Display, added IARU regions sub-band selection.
  • RimuSDR : Added USB Cable menu option.
  • RimuSDR : Improved SmartLink authentication speed, increased timeout for slower networks.

Fixes

  • RimuSDR : Minor UI adjustments to status bar.
  • RimuSDR : Mode selection via profile : Selecting a mode (Phone/CW) using a profile does not trigger the P/CW panel to toggle.
  • RimuSDR : Keyboard tuning causes VFO to drift 1 Hz.
  • RimuSDR : Slice flag sliders jump 3 values when using the mouse wheel.
  • RimuSDR : Forcibly disconnected in multiFLEX mode would cause receive audio to be silently absent on reconnect.
  • RimuDAX : TX audio channel could become permanently stuck in the Busy state on some launches.
  • RimuDAX : Connecting RimuDAX to a radio that was already using a PC microphone (Remote Audio) would force-enable DAX, causing microphone audio to be permanently lost if the user subsequently disabled DAX from the radio panel.
  • RimuDAX : Prevent Linux from auto-switching audio defaults upon audio module load.
  • RimuCAT : SIGSEGV when deleting a port.
  • APILayer : Active slice was being determined incorrectly.
